A cooking project gone bad had firefighters responding to an alarm just after 5 p.m. Sunday.
The alarm was set off at 1402 - 105th St.
According to North Battleford Fire Department the person doing the cooking was able to remove the pot that set off the alarm from the stove prior to their arrival.
Four personnel were on the scene for about three minutes.
