Curfew violation investigated

North Battleford RCMP responded to about 25 calls for service/occurrences between 6 a.m. Tuesday, May 13 and 6 a.m. Wednesday, May 14.

North Battleford RCMP responded to about 25 calls for service/occurrences between 6 a.m. Tuesday, May 13 and 6 a.m. Wednesday, May 14.


Those calls included two false alarms, tow false/nuisance 911 calls, one municipal bylaw complaint and several traffic related reports.


Tuesday


7:20 a.m. -Unwanted man banging on window to residence on Winder Crescent, left when members called. No charges desired.


7:38 a.m. -Black 2007 Toyota Tundra with Saskatchewan License 345 IMX stolen from 1700 block of 98th Street. 


8:36 a.m. -Vehicle on Kildeer Drive gone through overnight, some items moved around, nothing reported missing.


11:21 a.m. -Members notified of a certified patient having escaped from care on 107th Street. Members located subject a short time later at a residence and returned her without further incident.


2:37 p.m. -Theft of a bike reported. Suspect under 12, bike was returned and suspect apology completed.


3:37 p.m. -Unwanted guest at a residence on 109th Street. Subject was removed without incident.


3:52 p.m. -15-year-old youth reported to be unlawfully at large from open custody facility, failed to return after school. Whereabouts remain unknown, facing new charge.


4:42 p.m. -45-year-old man arrested and charged for causing a disturbance, found very intoxicated and sleeping on street corner on 8th Avenue.


6:45 p.m. -36-year-old man arrested on 11th Avenue and charged for public intoxication.


11:19 p.m. -15-year-old youth in violation of curfew conditions after check. Investigation ongoing, charges are still pending.


Wednesday


12:01 a.m. -41-year-old man arrested and charged for public intoxication, found yelling at a building on 103rd Street. 


12:09 a.m. -Report of people arguing at a residence on 98th Street. One subject already gone, discovered he was on conditions not to be at the residence. Investigation ongoing and charges pending.


2:40 a.m. -Unwanted person at a residence on 96th Street, subject has broken a screen door. Suspect gone upon police arrival and complainant did not wish to have police pursue matter.


3:20 a.m. -33-year-old man arrested on 101st Street and charged with public intoxication, found extremely intoxicated by patrolling members.
