The debt bylaw to borrow $24 million to construct the four components of the Credit Union CUPlex project has received final approval from city council.

The debt bylaw to borrow $24 million to construct the four components of the Credit Union CUPlex project has received final approval from city council.

The bylaw, introduced at the last council meeting, passed third and final reading Monday, unanimously.

Also at the meeting, council finally formally approved the establishment of the bank account for borrowing the $24 million with the Bank of Montreal to administer the operations of the CUPlex.
