Dekker case adjourned again

The sexual assault case against Harry Michael Dekker has been adjourned once again. Defence lawyer Kevin Hill, appearing as agent for Dekker's lawyer Mark Brayford, appeared in Saskatoon provincial court Tuesday morning to request the adjournment.

The sexual assault case against Harry Michael Dekker has been adjourned once again.

Defence lawyer Kevin Hill, appearing as agent for Dekker's lawyer Mark Brayford, appeared in Saskatoon provincial court Tuesday morning to request the adjournment. The new date is Feb. 19, 9:30 a.m. in provincial court in Saskatoon.

The sexual assault charge against Dekker stems from an alleged incident while travelling in a vehicle on Highway 16 near Borden during the late night/early morning hours of Sept. 10.
