The sexual assault case against Harry Michael Dekker remains in an apparent holding pattern in court.
The matter came up in provincial court in Saskatoon again Tuesday. This time the case has been adjourned to Feb 27 in provincial court, and is scheduled for plea.
This is the third time the case has been adjourned since it first came to court in early January in Saskatoon. The charge stems from an alleged incident near Borden on Highway 16 in September.
Dekker was again not in attendance for the latest court date; his lawyer Mark Brayford appeared on his behalf.
