After being charged with sexual assault in November, Harry Michael Dekker's case was before the court in Saskatoon Wednesday.

No plea was entered, and the matter has been adjourned until Feb. 6. Dekker, who did not appear in court, was represented by the Saskatoon lawyer Mark Brayford.

The charge came about as a result of a report the RCMP received Sept. 10. An adult woman alleged she had been the victim of unwanted sexual touching from a man she was acquainted with. The event allegedly took place late Sept. 9 on Highway 16 somewhere near Borden.

After an investigation by the Warman RCMP detachment, a charge was laid in early November.
