The sexual assault case against Harry Michael Dekker remains in mediation.
The case has been adjourned again, this time until April 29 in provincial court in Saskatoon.
Both Crown and defence attorneys as well as the mediator were in attendance in court Monday to set the return date. Dekker was once again not present.
The mediation process has been ongoing now for several months, with the charge dating back to September of 2012. A publication ban on the evidence remains in effect.
