The sexual assault case against Harry Michael Dekker continues to move slowly in the courts.
The Dekker case returned to provincial court in Saskatoon Tuesday following a one-month adjournment. There was one significant new development. A publication ban was issued on evidence in the case.
Aug. 22 has been set as the next court date.
Dekker has been off the air from CJNB since last fall while the case has made its way through the courts throughout this year. No plea has been entered in the case as of yet.
The charges stem from allegations about an incident on Highway 16 near Borden.
