Saskatoon RCMP continue their investigation into the disappearance of Sheree Fertuck of Saskatoon.

Saskatoon RCMP detachment members are being assisted in this investigation by RCMP Major Crime Unit South, Battlefords General Investigations Section (GIS), Saskatoon GIS, Saskatoon Police Dog Services, RCMP Search and Rescue, Saskatoon Traffic Services,  Saskatoon Traffic Reconstructionist and Saskatoon Forensic Identification Section.

Police say the investigation has revealed Fertuck was a person of habit and predictable behaviour. RCMP say they are treating her disappearance as suspicious. Search efforts by police have been ongoing since Dec, 8 and as a part of the efforts, the attached flyers have been handed out in and around the area of Kenaston.

Police say they are desperately seeking information from anyone who may have information. Local residents are being asked to check their property, outbuildings and surrounding areas to determine if there are any items (shoe or vehicle tracks) or any indication of activity that appears to be out of the ordinary. If the general public can provide information on any sightings of Fertuck, her gravel truck or any suspicious activity in the area between 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 7 and 8 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8, they are asked to report that information. 

Also, anyone who was travelling in the area — GPS co-ordinates N 51 degree 2951.3, W 105 degree 5505.5 — who may have taken video or photos during the same time frame, is asked to contact Saskatoon RCMP at 306-975-5145 or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Fertuck is approximately 5' 4", 250 lbs. with greying brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing grey sweat pants, a grey sweater and white running shoes.
