Two North Battleford residents have been arrested after a search warrant was executed by the RCMP “F” Division Crime Reduction Team on March 9.
The location was on the 1400 block of 106th Street, in North Battleford. There, police seized a quantity of what is believed to be marijuana, an undisclosed amount of money, and drug paraphernalia.
Charged is 19-year-old Brandon Babchuk with possession for the purpose of trafficking marijuana, possession of the proceeds of crime, and breach of undertaking.
Also charged is 26-year-old Kerry Thomas of North Battleford with: possession for the purpose of trafficking marijuana, possession of the proceeds of crime, and breach of undertaking.
Both individuals appeared in North Battleford Provincial Court on March 12. They are to appear again Friday, March 16 at 9:30 a.m.
