Electronic monitoring violated, charges pending

Battlefords RCMP responded to more than 15 calls between 6 a.m. Sunday, May 11 and 6 a.m. Monday, May 12.

Sunday

6:32 a.m. - Break and enter to a vacant home on 1400 block of 104th Street.

2:30 p.m. - 45-year-old woman arrested and charged with public intoxication located by patrolling members near 104th Street and 9th Avenue.

3:51 p.m. - Report of suspicious youth hanging around a closed business. Two youth located by members in area. No damage reported, investigation ongoing.

3:55 p.m. - Intoxicated people fighting and causing problems at a home on 104th Street. Two 22-year-old men arrested for breach of the peace and held until sober. A 21-year-old man also arrested on outstanding warrants and facing new charges of mischief and two counts of failing to comply with an undertaking.

6:05 p.m. - Four subjects, 44-year-old man, 54-, 53- and 41-year-old women, arrested and all charged with public intoxication, located by patrolling members on 101st Street.

10:52 p.m. - 19-year-old man facing charge with failing to comply with undertaking, for violation of his electronic monitoring. Alarm activated at a residence on Laurier Crescent and subject not located at required place of residence. Warrant for arrest to be sought.

Monday

4:44 a.m. - 18-year-old woman arrested on outstanding warrants from Prince Albert Police Service after traffic stop on St. Laurent Drive. Also facing new charges of driving without a licence. 35-year-old passenger also arrested and charged under the Alcohol and Gaming Regulations Act and held in custody until sober.
