Between 6 a.m. Friday. Nov. 22 and 6 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, Battlefords RCMP responded to 20 occurrences/reported incidents. Three were alarm calls and two were 911 misdials or children playing with phones
Friday
7:30 a.m. - Two-vehicle collision on Battleford Road. Minor damage to both vehicles and no injuries reported.
8:59 a.m. - Two-vehicle collision on 1500 block of 101st Street. No injuries and minor damage to both vehicles.
10:50 a.m. - Complainant reporting receiving fraudulent emails for Revenue Canada. Matter still under investigation.
1:31 p.m. - Wallet stolen out of a car parked on Henderson Drive. Incident occurred some time overnight.
1:45 p.m. - Engine fire to a landing plane at airport. Plane already landing when fire started. No injuries to pilot who was the lone occupant. North Battleford Fire Department on scene and quickly contained fire.
3:30 p.m. - Historical sexual assault reported, remains under investigation.
3:37 p.m. - Members called and advised by complainant she could not find her husband's Roughrider sweat pants and wants members to be aware of this. Well, we are aware.
4:04 p.m. - Sexual assault reported, remains under investigation.
4:04 p.m. - 21-year-old male arrested for public intoxication after complaint of a man sleeping in a child chair in a bank.
5:14 p.m. - Reported of unwanted text messages from an ex-boyfriend. Matter still under investigation.
7:03 p.m. - Report of harassing/unwanted phone calls. Alleged suspect warned, no charges pursued.
Saturday
3:55 a.m. - 24-year-old man arrested for public intoxication after passing out in back of a cab and not waking up.
5:39 a.m. - 21-year-old man arrested at a residence on 1300 block of 107th Street after report of an intoxicated man causing problems at a home. Held in custody until sober and released without charges.
