An Estevan man facing child porn charges remains in custody after his bail hearing was adjourned again.
Kyle Mansil Fiddler, 30, is charged with possession of child porn, transmitting child porn, and failing to comply with an order of prohibition.
Fiddler has been in custody since the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) arrested him Oct. 21.
Police say they launched an investigation in August after receiving numerous complaints that someone was distributing child porn on social media. They traced the alleged crimes to a residence in Estevan where they found child porn. They seized a computer and cell phone for further forensic analysis and arrested Fiddler.
Fiddler had bail hearings on Nov. 2 and Nov. 5. He is now scheduled to appear in Weyburn Circuit Court Nov. 10 for a show cause hearing.
