Gold Eagle Casino has announced it is postponing all scheduled events in their Event Centre venue with a capacity of over 250 for the next 30 days.
This is in line with the updated recommendations from the Saskatchewan government and Saskatchewan Health Authority for the next 30 days. The casino will assess the situation and provide updates closer to that time. Any tickets that have been purchased for their events will be honoured when the dates are rescheduled.
"The health and well being of our employees and guests is a top priority for SIGA and we feel it is in their best interests and that of the public to postpone our events until a later date. We ask for your patience and understanding at this time. We will continue to follow all recommendations from the Saskatchewan Health Authority and the Canadian Public Health Agency," their statement reads.
It has been announced that the #Rednek Music Fest featuring Gord Bamford, Jess Moskaluke and guests scheduled for March 14 has been postponed to Oct. 18 2020 due to recommendations from the ministry of health regarding the coronavirus. All tickets will be honoured at the new date.
The finals of Pride of the Northwest, scheduled for March 21, have also been postponed to a later date due to the COVID-19 situation. Any questions about that event postponement are to be directed to Gold Eagle Casino Guest Services at 306-466-3833.
