Battlefords RCMP conducted more than 50 investigations between 6 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26 and 6 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 27.

Wednesday, Oct. 26

6:59 a.m. - Report of a fence to a business being rammed on 18th Street in Battleford. Still under investigation.

7:49 a.m. - Report of a break and enter to a business on the 1100 block of 101st Street. Still under investigation.

12:23 p.m. - Report of three shoplifters from a business on Railway Avenue.

2:21 p.m. - Report of a stolen Ford Escape from the Saulteaux First Nation.

9:16 p.m. - Report of a man lying on the ground intoxicated on 108th Street.

11:34 p.m. - Report of three people walking around the 2400 block of 100 checking vehicle doors.

Thursday, Oct. 27

1:04 a.m. - Report of a family dispute on the 1000 block of 108th Street.

1:17 a.m. - Report of a family dispute on the Moosomin First Nation

4:57 a.m. - Report of a truck that collided with a fence on 104th Street. The truck was then driven a few blocks away where is was abandoned. The truck had been reported stolen a few days prior. Still under investigation.

Several cabins in the Cochin were reported to be broken into sometime over the past several days. These matter are still being investigated.

Police arrested two people for alcohol and/or minor disturbance offences, completed four traffic investigations, one child welfare investigation, three minor disturbance calls and one minor collision.
