The Humboldt and District Chamber of Commerce opened its third annual Festival of Lights November 17 with 20 different displays.

The Humboldt and District Chamber of Commerce opened its third annual Festival of Lights November 17 with 20 different displays. Admission is free at the Historical Park Campground, with proceeds from donations going to the Kinettes Christmas Cheer program.Open for viewing daily at the Humboldt Historical Park Campground, 5-9 p.m., until January 9.
