Folks in the Battlefords will once again be able to hear directly from the finance minister about what the provincial budget means for people locally.
Ken Krawetz, provincial minister of finance, will be the guest of the Battlefords Chamber of Commerce, who are hosting their annual post-budget breakfast April 8.
It is scheduled for 7:45 a.m. with a complimentary member breakfast, followed by a post-budget presentation by Krawetz.
The venue for the breakfast is the Balych Mural Meeting Room at the Battlefords Chamber of Commerce building at the junction of highways 16 and 40 east in North Battleford.
It is expected the finance minister will run down highlights from this year's budget, followed by a brief question and answer session with audience members.
