After an altercation at a Tisdale residence between two men, one was confined against his will. He managed to get out and alerted the Tisdale RCMP.
When they investigated approximately 7:50 p.m. May 29, the RCMP gathered enough information to excute a search warrant at the home, under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Two Tisdale residents have been arrested, charged and remanded into custody.
Richard Syrenne, a 34-year-old man, has been charged with forcible confinement, assault with a weapon, uttering threats, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, possession for the purpose of trafficking (marijuana) and production of marijuana.
Ashley Rudiniski, a 23-year-old woman, has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking (marijuana) and production of marijuana.
They will appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court May 31.
