Oct. 28 was the latest date to come and go in the ongoing Maryann Germann fraud case in North Battleford Provincial Court.
Germann is charged with fraud in connection to her activities as administrator at the RM of Meota.
Following multiple adjournments since the case first appeared in front of a judge in August 2015, Oct. 28's court date proved no different, as Crown and defence requested another adjournment of the matter.
The next court date is scheduled for Nov. 25 at 10 a.m. at North Battleford Provincial Court.
