The fraud case against former RM of Meota administrator Maryann Germann was back in provincial court Wednesday in North Battleford.
But it was a brief appearance for counsel. The case has been adjourned to next Wednesday morning, again in provincial court.
Germann was charged with fraud in the fall of 2014 following a flurry of rumours that had ratepayers demanding answers. Since those charges were laid every court appearance, beginning in December 2014, has been adjourned. Germann has yet to enter a plea.
