North Battleford Fire Department are now confirming it is really spring, as they report attending a grass fire behind the Don Ross Centre Monday at about 2:45 p.m.
The fire department reports the blaze was contained to a small area and was no threat to surrounding resources.
A cause of the fire has not been determined.
