Hit and run witnesses sought

A dark colored Sunfire or Saturn fled the scene after it collided with a brown Chevrolet Astro van at the intersection of 106th Street and 15th Ave. Minor injuries were reported.

Battlefords RCMP are currently looking for witnesses or any other information.

RCMP are also still looking into a suspicious fire in which several bales were torched. The fire flared up at about 10:30 p.m. Oct. 16. RCMP say arson is believed to be the cause.

Sometime overnight Oct. 28, a grey 1990 Chevrolet 1500 pickup truck was stolen from the 1000 block of 107th Street in North Battleford. The vehicle has since been recovered in the Lloydminster area.

Between Nov. 5 and 6, a blue 2011 Chevrolet Silverado Truck was stolen from the 2000 block of 100th Street in North Battleford. The truck has not yet been recovered.

Anyone with information regarding these or any other crime is urged to contact the Battlefords RCMP or Crime Stoppers.

Brian Dylan Kiskotagan, 26: possessing a weapon dangerous to public peace; carrying a concealed weapon; possession of a weapon while prohibited.
