In the early morning hours of Oct. 23, Onion lake RCMP responded to the report of a disturbance at a residence on the Onion Lake First Nation.
When the police and EMS arrived, they found an unresponsive male in medical distress. The attending EMS personal declared him deceased at the scene and the residence was secured.
The RCMP Major Crime Unit South, Lloydminster Police Dog Services, Lloydminster Forensic Identification Section, Edmonton Bloodstain Pattern Analysis Section and Onion Lake Detachment members are all involved in the investigation.
A forensic autopsy was conducted Thursday morning in Saskatoon.
RCMP arrested 27-year-old Marvin Stanley (1992-04-18) of Onion Lake. He has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder under the Criminal Code for the death of 32-year-old Conrad Mooswa of the Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation.
