The indecent assault case involving a former Moosomin Day School teacher will return to court in June.

The matters for Morris Hryniuk, charged with eight indecent assault counts going back to the 1960s, were before Judge Dan O'Hanlon in provincial court Monday.

Defence counsel requested and was granted a one-month adjournment in the case to discuss a possible resolution. Hryniuk is due back in provincial court in North Battleford on June 2 for election.
