Tisdale RCMP are asking for help in finding out who is dumping garbage at a bridge north of Eldersley.
That is an offence punishable under the Litter Control Act in Saskatchewan and could further be addressed under relevant Rural Municipality bylaws should they exist. Those found responsible will receive fine penalties or could be subject to further investigation depending on the circumstances.
Tisdale RCMP said they’d like to remind the public to dispose waste only at designated sites.
