Battlefords RCMP were involved in approximately 54 new investigations between 6 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21 and 6 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 22.
Wednesday, Dec. 21
6:12 a.m. - Report of a woman banging on a door on 114th Street. Members attended and located the woman and she was taken into custody.
11:03 a.m. - Report of a break and enter to a residence on Robin Place. Numerous items were stolen from the home and garage.
2:02 p.m. - Report of a woman making threats to harm a man on the Saulteaux First Nation. This matter is still under investigation.
6:34 p.m. - Report of a stolen Ford F150 from the 1100 block of 107th Street.
8:46 p.m. - Report of a single vehicle collision with a deer on Highway 16 near Delmas. No injuries reported but the vehicle had to be towed.
Thursday, Dec. 22
12:31 a.m. - Report of a man contacting another person repeatedly for no reason and will not stop. Still under investigation
418 a.m. - Vehicle was stopped on Territorial Drive and the members entered into a investigation for impaired operation of motor vehicle. Still under investigation.
Five individuals were arrested for alcohol and minor disturbance reasons. Five minor disturbances were reported, two traffic infractions were investigated, two minor collisions were reported and five theft complaints responded to.
