The case against Adelia Kaminsky returns to provincial court in August.
Kaminsky's matters came up in court for the first time Monday afternoon. The case has been adjourned to Aug. 12, at 10 a.m., also in North Battleford Provincial Court, to allow time for defence counsel to receive further disclosure in the case.
Kaminsky is charged with fraud over and under $5,000, as well as possession of proceeds of crime as well as laundering the proceeds of crime.
The charges stem from the period May 2006 to February 2013. The allegations focus on shares sold in Enviro-Can Private Placement and other activities while Kaminsky was operating A K Financial Planning Services out of an office on 100th Street in North Battleford.
Kaminsky also faces securities fraud allegations from the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan in relation to those alleged activities. A hearing date is set for April, 2015.
