A local donor has established the Anonymous Fund and annually the income from the fund is donated to the Battlefords Boys and Girls Club.
Wednesday, Kathy McNinch, on behalf of the Battlefords and District Community Foundation, presented the club with a cheque for $1,200.
"We put it towards programming every year and what that helps with is anything from staffing, to craft supplies, to new soccer balls if we need them, said Boys and Girls Club Executive Director Sheri Woolridge. "It helps use provide programming and the things we need for those programs and the children."
