Mike Livermore is Carrot River's newest councillor.
Livermore received 81 out of 144 votes – 56 per cent of the vote – in a Dec. 13 byelection. He defeated Dylan Borody, who received 33 votes, and Joe Doerksen, who received 30 votes.
Livermore will fill the seat vacated by Aaron Dyck until the 2020 municipal elections.
