There was plenty of activity at the NationsWEST Field House where Living Skies Refuge held their Fundraiser Funfair event.
Proceeds from the event go towards the organization’s efforts to bring a Syrian refuge family to the Battlefords. The event saw great participation from volunteers and from the many sponsors who helped out.
There were bouncy castles and lots of games for the kids and families who turned out on Saturday between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Organizers report the event saw a great turnout and they planned to release details within the next week on how much was raised.
