March 16
- Saskatchewan schools will close on Friday, March 20.
- Humboldt will close the Uniplex, library, museum and gallery as of Tuesday, March 17.
- Melfort municipal facilities have been closed to the public.
- Nipawin municipal facilities have been closed to the public
- Naicam has closed down the SportsPlex for the season.
- Musician JJ Voss' visit to Humboldt on March 28 is postponed.
- The Tisdale Lion Ls Ladies Night Out planned for March 28 is postponed.
- Bolt FM's Farmer Appreciation Night has been postponed.
- The Melfort Public Library has suspended all programming until further notice. This includes Story Time, Toddler Time, Page Turner's Book Club, and the inaugural meeting of the Cookbook Club.
- All Melfort and area junior NBA spring programs are postponed until further notice.
- University of Saskatchewan courses held at Cumberland College have been cancelled from Monday, March 16 through to Wednesday, March 18. Beginning on Thursday, March 19 all USask classes at Cumberland College are moving to remote delivery for the remainder of the term.
- University of Regina and First Nations University courses offered at Cumberland College will be suspended from Sunday, March 15 through Thursday, March 19. Classes are planned to resume on Friday, March 20, at which point it is likely that remote delivery of course material will begin.
- The Humboldt Chamber of Commerce's Mark of Excellence awards gala planned for Wednesday, March 18 has been postponed.
- The Tisdale Old Time Dance planned for Saturday, March 21 has been cancelled.
- All programming in Melfort's Northern Lights Palace arena is cancelled, including the walking program.
- The Humboldt Curling Club is closed for the season.
- The Reid-Thompson Public Library has suspended all programming until further notice.
- Humboldt Big Brothers Big Sisters has suspended all in-person meetings and outing betweens bigs and littles.
- Madison Violet in Humboldt has been cancelled. Hang on to your tickets for a refund.
March 15
- The Saskatchewan Volunteer Firefighter Association Training Symposium and Trade Show, scheduled for April 3 to 5 in Humboldt, is cancelled.
- The Humboldt Wildlife Federation's Fish Fry and Awards Night planned for March 20 has been postponed.
- The Tisdale Wildlife Federation's Fish Fry has been postponed.
- The Luke McMaster show, hosted by Arts Humboldt, is cancelled.
- The remaining Humboldt Music Festival events are cancelled.
- The Tisdale Trojans Spring Camp scheduled for April 25 and 26 has been cancelled.
- The Melfort Curling Club will be closed for the remainder of the season.
- The Carrot River Outback Thunder Spring Camp planed for April 4 is cancelled.
March 14
- Skate Humboldt's ice show, which was happening Sunday March 15, is cancelled.
- The March 28 performance of Christine Tassan et les Imposteures in Tisdale has been postponed to a later date.
- The Humboldt Purple Door's one year anniversary on Monday, March 16, has been cancelled.
March 13
- The province announced a ban on public gatherings of more than 250 people in any one room. The ban takes effect Monday, March 16.
- The Horizon School Division and Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools have announced measures that includes cancelling all rental of school facilities and banning large assemblies.
- The Town of Lanigan's public facilities, the arena and hall, are closed until further notice.
- The Town of Bruno is closing all municipal buildings to the public, including the community hall, bowling alley, library and rink, for two weeks effective immediately.
- Starting today, any Hockey Canada-sanctioned event has been suspended. That includes the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League Playoffs.
- Carlton Trail—Eagle Creek MP Kelly Block has cancelled her March 17 to 20 spring tour of her riding. Her constituency offices remain open at this time.
- Softball Saskatchewan is suspending its athlete, coach and umpire development programs until March 31.
- Baseball Saskatchewan is suspending all of its sanctioned events until further notice.
- The Girl Guides of Canada will suspend all in-person Girl Guide activities until Tuesday, April 14, beginning immediately.
- Any Speical Olympics programs are suspended unitl May 1.
- The Melfort Legion has cancelled all bingo events until further notice. The Vimy Tea on April 4 is also cancelled.
March 12
- Prince Albert MP Randy Hoback has suspended face-to-face services in his constituency offices in Prince Albert and in Nipawin. Mobile office hours held at town halls are also suspended.
- Melfort Chase the Ace has been shut down until further notice.
