The list of graduates from the Royal Military College of Canada in 2013 includes a resident from the Moosomin First Nation.
Nicole Montana Irene Shingoose, an acting sub-lieutenant from Moosomin First Nation, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics.
Shingoose is one of 47 students to earn a Bachelor of Science degree from Royal Military College, and one of five graduates from Saskatchewan.
Royal Military College is known for its demanding and rigorous academic program and high standards. In addition to completing their studies, graduates must also meet the rigorous military, bilingualism and fitness standards the institution requires. Students now proceed to train in their chosen military profession and eventually their first operational posting.
