Twin Rivers Health Care Foundation recently acknowledged Vern Marlatt for his many years of service on the Twin Rivers Health Care Foundation board.
Marlatt is a founding member of the organization that was established in 1988 to provide additional support to Twin Rivers Home Care by encouraging financial contributions and volunteer support. Marlatt has been instrumental in the success of the foundation and the foundation thanked him for his many years of service by presenting him with an engraved watch.
The foundation continues to operate within the Prairie North Health Region supporting health programs and services in the communities Cut Knife, Neilburg, Maidstone, Paradise Hill, St. Walburg, Turtleford and surrounding communities.
The foundation also acknowledges Marlatt for donating a Broda chair in memory of his wife, Berenice, to the Pine Island Lodge in Maidstone.
