Man wanted in armed robbery

Battlefords RCMP were called to an armed robbery at a business on St. Laurent shortly before 11 p.m. April 19. A man walked into the business armed with a large knife and requested money. The perpetrator fled with an undisclosed amount of money and several movies. He is described as being six feet tall, 250 pounds, wearing a white hoodie and a white bandana. He also had a bruise on his right forehead.

May 2 at 10:04 p.m., approximately 80 litres of gas were stolen from a business on the Highway 16 bypass in North Battleford. A man and woman fled the scene in a red extended cab truck with no licence plate displayed. The vehicle was last seen driving north on Battleford Road towards the McDonald's Restaurant.

In the early morning hours of May 15, multiple vehicles were broken into on the 500 block of 101st Street and on the 700 block of 103rd Street in North Battleford. Various items were stolen from the vehicles involved. Also on that morning, a grey maroon Chevrolet Truck parked on the 700 block of 101st Street was stolen. All of these occurrences took place in the same neighborhood and are likely related.
