The Moosomin manslaughter case against Jeremy Gamble returned to North Battleford provincial court Monday morning.
Gamble was present in court. The main news from his latest appearance before Judge Dan O’Hanlon was that the accused has retained private counsel.
Saskatoon lawyer Josephine de Whytell appeared by phone on Gamble’s behalf. The case has been adjourned to July 16 at 9:30 a.m.
Gamble faces charges of manslaughter, failure to attend court, failure to comply with a condition of an undertaking, assault and assault with a weapon, stemming from an incident in late May.
