A man charged with marijuana possession following a traffic stop in July will return to court in November.
Andrew Albert is due back Nov. 6 in North Battleford Provincial Court. He faces charges of possession and trafficking in marijuana and possession of the proceeds of crime, as well as a breach charge.
Albert was charged in July following a traffic stop on 101st Street in which police seized a quantity of marijuana.
The Crown indicated they are proceeding on both marijuana charges by indictment.
