HUMBOLDT — The Mark of Excellence awards gala have been postponed due to the provincial government’s decision to ban gatherings of more than 250 people.
The gala was planned for Wednesday, March 18
“The Humboldt and District Chamber of Commerce will be revisiting the Mark of Excellence evening in the weeks ahead, once a clear direction is given by Saskatchewan Health,” said the chamber in a media release.
The chamber is encouraging people to reduce their outside gatherings while the province and the world face this pandemic.
“At the same time, let’s remember the local businesses who are going to be impacted by the restrictions and support them as best you can. Remember, these are our friends, family, neighbors and supporters.”
