A man charged in a robbery/choking incident in North Battleford is due back in court Dec. 11.
Tyler Meetoos faces multiple charges in the case and appeared by video conference Thursday in North Battleford Provincial Court. Counsel agreed to adjourn the case and Meetos remains in custody until Dec. 11.
Charges against Meetoos include break and enter and robbery, robbery, assault, choking to overcome resistance, assault with a weapon, uttering threats, forcible confinement, theft, theft of a motor vehicle, flight from police, dangerous driving, resisting arrest and, most recently, a failure to attend court charge.
The charges stem from an Oct. 17 incident in North Battleford.
