Sharp was also remembered through a moment of silence at the supper and with theErnold Priest award for the most sportsmanlike golfer.

Winners in all of the flights received cash prizes with the championship flight being won by Robyn Moroziuk. He was presented with the President's Cup, a new trophy named in honour of Sharp.

The organization's new president, Jeff Watt, had hislong dreadlockscut to raise money for the Canadian Cancer Society during the supper reaching $5,500 and throughout the day the MS Society sold 50/50 tickets.

All the golfers won door prizes including barbecues, trips and golf equipment.
