The Humboldt RCMP are investigating a serious crash that took place on HWY 5 near Englefeld on May 11.
A 20-year-old man was hit by a passing vehicle while he was lying on the highway. The man was then transported to Saskatoon by Stars Air Ambulance. He remains in hospital at this time.
Humboldt and Lanigan RCMP, RCMP Forensic Collision Reconstructionist, and the Englefeld Fire Department were on scene to assist.
“The investigation is ongoing and the police are asking for the public’s assistance to determine if anyone saw a male near the highway at that time, or has any information regarding this collision,” said a Humboldt RCMP Press Release.
