Over $10,000 worth of bull riding gear stolen in Lanigan

LANIGAN, BRUNO, RM OF BAYNE — More than $10,000 worth of bull riding gear was stolen from a vehicle parked at a business on Highway 16 in Lanigan.

The crime took place in the early morning hours of Jan. 20. The suspects are believed by Humboldt-Lanigan RCMP to have been driving a newer Ford truck with a sunroof at the time of the theft.

Police are also asking for help with two other crimes.

Between Jan. 11 and Jan. 14, various shop tools valued at $3,000 were stolen from a shop on a rural property in the RM of Bayne.

A quonset on Highway 670 in Bruno was broken into between Jan. 15 and Jan. 19. The criminals damaged the front door and stole fuel from the property.
