About a dozen people gathered at the Battleford Lions Clubhouse April 13 at 1:30 p.m. for a monthly Parkinson’s support group meeting. 

Good fellowship and exchange of experiences occurred among the members. 

The next meeting will be Monday, May 11 at 1:30 p.m. at the Lions Clubhouse, 162 - 22nd St., Battleford.  The special speaker will be a physical therapist from the physical rehabilitation centre in the Co-op Mall.  The topic under discussion will be exercise as it relates to Parkinson’s Disease.
