A pedestrian was transported to Battlefords Union Hospital by WPD Ambulance at about 9:35 a.m. Sunday after being hit by a vehicle.
According to the North Battleford Fire Department, the individual was struck at the intersection of Territorial Drive and 95th Street.
Thursday, firefighters were called to 1191 – 99th St. where smoke from an unattended pot on a stove had set off the fire alarm system.
Four firefighters spent about 30 minutes on the scene.
