Although it is one year away, the Hafford centennial committee is hard at work planning for the town and rural municipality's 100th anniversary.
The Town of Hafford and RM of Redberry share the same centennial year and the festivities will be all inclusive. The celebration weekend will be June 28 through July 1. The weekend promises to be full of games, entertainment, dancing, tours, reunions and visiting.
The committee is seeking individuals who are interested in sharing their memories and/or pictures with committee members as they compile information for a series of articles to be submitted to the newspaper on a weekly basis.
