A date has been set for a pretrial conference in the case of Ryan Bear.

He is one of four individuals facing various weapons charges following a shooting spree on 93rd Street and 108th Street in North Battleford April 5. Bear previously entered pleas of not guilty to all the charges and is set for trial Oct. 6, 8 and 9 in North Battleford.

In provincial court Tuesday before Judge Lloyd Deshaye, Crown and defence lawyers set July 8 at 2 p.m. as the date for the pretrial conference in the case.

Bear was not present in court Tuesday. He was ordered remanded to Oct. 6, the date of his trial.
