RCMP receive report on a missing person

Battleford RCMP responded to 45 calls for service over the period from 6 am Jan. 31, to 6 am Feb. 1, including the following: Jan. 31: 1:25pm - Complaint of use of a stolen credit card at a business on the 1000 block of 101st St. in North Battleford.

Battleford RCMP responded to 45 calls for service over the period from 6 am Jan. 31, to 6 am Feb. 1, including the following:

1:25pm - Complaint of use of a stolen credit card at a business on the 1000 block of 101st St. in North Battleford. On police attendance, the subject of that complaint and three other individuals were located in a stolen vehicle. All four subjects were arrested and the vehicle recovered, the investigation is ongoing.
 
2:20pm - Report of a missing person received. The subject of the report is Ken Riley, described as a 59 year old caucasian male with brown hair and a moustache, five-foot-10-inches height with a very thin build. Riley was last seen wearing a brown sweater and may be attempting to make his way to Rosetown.
 
3:00 pm- Complaint of fraudulent use of cheques by a business located on Thatcher Ave. in North Battleford, the matter remains under investigation.
 
6:39 pm- Complaint of an assault at a residence on the Red Pheasant First Nation, charges are pending against a 25 year old male suspect who continues to be sought by police.
 
Feb. 1
 
2:05 am - Loud party complaint at a residence on the 8900 block of Panton Ave. in North Battleford, police attended and occupants advised to shut the party down, which they complied with.
 
2:45 am - Report of an assault at a residence on the Moosomin First Nation, charges are pending against a 32 year old male suspect who continues to be sought by police.
 
3:01 am - Complaint of an intoxicated man banging on the door of a residence in the 200 block of 33rd St. in Battleford; this subject was gone on police arrival.
 
Police also responded to one minor disturbance report, one false alarm, three Mental Health Act complaints, 13 traffic related occurrences, three minor mischief / property damage complaints, two nuisance / false 911 calls, two By-law related complaints, three breaches of court imposed conditions, one minor theft / shoplifting complaint, five suspicious person / vehicle complaints and three alcohol related cause disturbance complaint, resulting in the arrest and detention of two intoxicated individuals.
