ARMLEY — A review into the safety of the intersection where the Humboldt Broncos crash happened is recommending rumble strips, wider shoulders and removal of sight-blocking trees, among other improvements.
The review of the Highway 35-Highway 335 intersection, conducted by McElhanney Consulting Services Ltd. and released Dec. 12, gives 13 recommendations in total.
“The ministry of highways and infrastructure will implement all 13 recommendations, reconfirming the previous government commitment to implement all recommendations resulting from the review,” said a release from the provincial government.
