The man accused in a robbery and choking incident in North Battleford is due back in court Nov. 15.

Tyler Meetoos appeared in North Battleford provincial court Tuesday morning by video conference from cells in Saskatoon. He faces numerous charges including break and enter and robbery, robbery, assault, choking to overcome resistance, assault with a weapon, uttering threats, forcible confinement, theft, theft of a motor vehicle, flight from police, dangerous driving and resisting arrest. The charges stem from an Oct. 17 incident in the city.

Lawyers for the Crown and the defence agreed on Nov. 15 at 9:30 a.m. as the date for the case to be brought back to provincial court. It is likely Meetoos will appear in court on that date, though there is still the possibility he could appear by video conference.

In the meantime, Meetoos remains in custody.
