Battleford RCMP responded to over 40 calls for service, between 6 am Tuesday Jan. 17 and 6 am Wednesday, Jan. 18. It  includes the following:

Tuesday, Jan. 17

9:50 am - Report of items stolen from a vehicle parked on the 1000 block of 105th sometime overnight.

2:57 pm - Report of an impaired driver on Highway 16 near Denholm.

04:54 pm - Report of an altercation between two people on 108th street. No injuries reported and the matter is still under investigation.

11:31 pm - Report of a single vehicle rollover at the intersection of Highway 29 and 40. No injuries reported. Still under investigation.

Wednesday, Jan. 18

12:08 am - Report of an intoxicated male at a residence on the Saulteaux First Nation causing problems and needed to be removed.

2:01 am - Report of people attempting to steal from vehicles parked on the 1500 block of 93rd street.

3:45 am - Report of two suspicious vehicles parked at a business on the Highway 16 by pass.

Police also responded to two false/nuisance 911 calls, three minor disturbances, two collisions, three alarms responded to, one Child Welfare complaint, four Mental Health Act matters and two traffic complaints.
