Rollover south of Nipawin results in STARS airlift for four

A Dodge van with six people travelling northbound on Highway #35 rolled over into the ditch approximately 13 kilometres south of Nipawin. Nipawin RCMP arrived on scene around 5 p.m. on May 22 with the Nipawin Fire Department and Northeast EMS.

A Dodge van with six people travelling northbound on Highway #35 rolled over into the ditch approximately 13 kilometres south of Nipawin.

Nipawin RCMP  arrived on scene around 5 p.m. on May 22 with the Nipawin Fire Department and Northeast EMS. 

Six occupants were transported to Nipawin Hospital. The adult female driver and one of the passengers were treated and released from Nipawin Hospital. The other four passengers were transported to Saskatoon via Stars Air Ambulance and Northeast EMS with undetermined injuries.

A RCMP collision re-constructionist attended the scene. The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
